No Response From SnapNames?

Hi,

im having around 30 domains missing from my Moniker.com account and when i contacted moniker support, they said i need to contact mysupport@snapnames for getting access to domains.

However, i've emailed them on Jul12, but still havent heard anything back.

Is anyone here in the same boat as i am?

Raja, it was very difficult (ruined my health), I was pushed around for more than one week with regular support.
