I'm in no real rush, but how long does it usually take to get a response?

I waited a couple weeks with no response, then called Don on the phone and he set me up quickly. He said maybe his spam filter ate my earlier message. Your best bet is to call him on the phone during business hours if you are in any sort of hurry. Otherwise try resending your message.

Maybe they are busy at this moment?

I have several domainer friends they have sent emails for more than two weeks, still no reply.

However, I got my discount price within one day after sending email on Oct last year.

Yeah I got a very quick response from Don. I had a problem with the credit card and contacted moniker. Then I asked about the np discount. He got back to me in a few hours. That was about 2 weeks ago.

I think Moniker needs to fix there email system. I have also sent them several emails and never had a reply to any. I think they are getting stuck in a spam folder. They should have a direct email system on there site. When you are logged in, they should get all emails. :imho:

I sent a similar query to Moniker, to [email protected] , and got an answer back from Don after two days. I sent a mail back with one more question before opening the account, but after a week-and-a-half it's still unanswered. Does anyone know if his mailbox is down, or who else within Moniker I can contact?

PS: still intending to register my next domains with them, despite the slow responsiveness now. I'm sure there's a good reason for it, it's okay with me as long as it gets replied more rapidly if I'd ever have an issue :)

It tooks them 3 days to get back to my email asking them to cancel a domain transfer and crediting my account. It's starting to look like Moniker could use some extra hands on deck...

Try sending the email to TrafficClub and then someone there has to relay it to someone else at Moniker, hopefully, and maybe you'll get more attention, especially if you highlight how you can't get a response at Moniker.

That 'toll free' does not apply for Europe-based potential customers like me. For me it'd be an expensive phone call to the USA. If I already have my domain and there's an urgency I'd be happy to make that call, but for a question prior to registration I prefer email. Now almost two weeks and no response yet. Maybe I have a wrong email address, I sent it to both [email protected] and Don's email ending with @corp.moniker.com (won't post entire email to spare the man from spambots). Is there a better address to mail? I just wanted to ask a basic question prior to registering the domain ; this delay is a pity, although still enthousiast about them enough to go with Moniker. I hope to get an answer though so that I can finally register.

I emailed Don and had this set up very promptly. Am very happy with the service so far, but bear in mind that you'll need to make a $500 or greater deposit to get the special rate.
