MONIKER IS BY THE WORST FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE , PERIOD , THEY HAVE PEOPLE WORKING THERE WITH THE TECNICAL MENTALITY OF A 6 YEAR OLD! I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR OVER A WEEK TO GET WHOIS AND DNS UPDATED ,,,WHAT A NIGHTMARE
Ok update after spending 5 hours over a weeks time to change whois and dns I finally got through to a very helpful person, nice guy, knowledgeable, but his company needs to address service and maybe get a new admin backend for domains ,,,what a pain
