Anyone have problem with their moniker account?
My account got suspended 48 hours already at least. Can anyone help me? I had emailed them 3 times.
Their first reply is this
I've been informed that your Moniker account was flagged due to the
possibility[/B ]of fraudulent credit card activity. OR The account has not been assigned a sales representative.
Due to this issue, your Moniker account has been temporarily frozen.
Possibility??!!
sales representative? I know no one in moniker who should i assign? and I also don't know about this rule. Is it a must?

to the account. It is important that this be done as soon as possible to
release the hold on your Moniker account.

I posted in Namepros because through Namepros I know about Moniker. One of my domain sales fail because of the frozen. It is a high $xxx sales. Once unlock I think I will move my domains to MyDomain.
