.mobi .Mobi Templates. Does anyone have example or more info?

On this link http://pc.mtld.mobi/community/content_devforum.html 2 types of available .mobi templates are mentioned that satisfy the .mobi compliance on the 3 required points. Does anyone have a link to an excample of one of these .mobi domains utilising these templates and some more info regarding cost and ease of creating the site? and does anyone know if the Sedo template for parked .Mobi's is fully compliant with what .mobi requires?

The templates are pretty straight forward. There are comments in the files to help you edit them. Since the templates are free, it'll cost you no money to make a site with them. It will cost you in time though to edit everything to your liking.
