Yeah i did a couple of times a look up for your SenseMR (habbit of me to type in domains to see if they are dropped, sometimes lucky). Nice name together with other words like touch and feel. The kind of domains i would reg and feel safe about for getting a nice ROI.

I hear ya. I know about some domains i passed (bettingmr, gamblingmr) because i was thinking "not good enough". But at least they are now owned by some other namepros / active mixed reality thread users. I am lucky for being fast enough for some other premium mr gambling domains but i did left some food on the table. But things are changing really fast the last 12 months (for the better). When i regd pokermr and some others it was not sure / official confirmd if mixed reality would be shortend to MR and i had no idea how far the HoloLens and Magic Leap where with their development. In my mind it could be 2 years away from a consumer release but also 5 years... i was thinking: "i must renew the mr domains maybe for many years". Because of this i was very picky with my mr domain regs from oktober 2015 to feb 2016.

Thank you. Yes i did a good number of early regs. You have also a lot of quality names in your portfolio.

I like to add. The reason i was not 100% focust from oktober 2015 to feb 2016 on MR is because all the hype and things arround VR. VR is still very important to me but between 2015 / feb 2016 i was only thinking about VR and not really about MR. Huge investments in vr domains and a vr website. I also underestimated the tech. I remember saying "mixed reality is not really for gaming / casino / betting" and "VR is king with gaming" but i must say i was not really / completely aware of the many uses / possibilities and future of mixed reality.

The reason i am not going all-in with betting and mixed reality is because i have already a lot of vr domains in combination with betting and i think the live streams of sport events are better fully immersive.

Another thing is have bought livebetting (co) a year of two ago and no traffic and no buyers... even when i list it for sale for just €250. Never had any interest in sports betting domains i regd in the past...

i hope you stocked for the winter.

i had no doubt that the tech will be a revolutionary tech .
it keeps you in this world and gonna be used in so many different industries.

thing is , you dont need a killer app as MR itself is the killer app .

put the tech aside , i (and a few others ) took a gamble that the term will be strong and will be carried by some giants , and from there the path for using MR in domains will be shorter (perception again )

looks good so far , long way to go but in no time you will see more and more domainers joining this thread .
