Mike Mann has just sold CryptoWorld.com for $194,888.
What are your thoughts on the price?
My thoughts are he's a lucky SOB! Nice Job @Mike Mann!
Incredible Sale @Mike Mann!
The "CRYPTO" keyword continues to shine...
Guessing that Dave misspelled Crypto on accident?? (just noticed his tweet says crytpo)
(edit: ok see he spelled it right the second time)
crytpo or crypto?
what do all of you see so amazing in selling CryptoWorld for 194k ?
ok, if it is really crypto and not crytpo....
it is hot name now withh all crypto currency craziness
How many $194,000 sales do you have? I'm still at zero!
I dont have money to buy premium names and keep them years..
I'm also still at "ZERO" too...
The trick is very simple, you buy a good domains and keep them years and then sell them..
The problem is that it works only if you have a few hundreds of thousands dollars to invest in domains and wait..
That is way out of my budget...
Nice sale. Crypto Names are on fire obviously.
Via NameBio - looks like CryptoWorld was purchased for $485 in 2006.
You see that the trick is in have enough for invest..
Domaining is like any another business, if you have money - you get more money..
Money makes money..
Funny not to long ago I
made a post ..because I had noticed he changed the price from $194,888 to $994,888 on the landing page a month ago!
Wonder If he forgot it was still listed at $194,888 on Sedo or assume it was Purposely that price!
But i can tell you a week ago it was listed at $994,888 ...I made a post because I noticed he up the price.
Congrats @Mike Mann (if you see this could you shed some light on the price change and sales price?)
That's called being ahead of the curve!
Looks like Mann got it for $15 in 2011
Too bad the 2006 buyer didn't HODL!
yeah,. thats one excited broker.. I bet his hands were still shaking
The golden age of crypto trading may already be over https://www.namepros.com/threads/the-golden-age-of-crypto-trading-may-already-be-over.1060215/
I am being everyday more skeptical with these kind of wired sales.
Money laundry or other illegal things are involved.
