No. Its too early to lower prices. Summer time is usually slower anyway, so I am just watching for the next 2 or 3 months before changing prices.

To what extent is the success of virtual worlds linked to cryptocurrencies? For some reason, some believe that these are strongly related things. Meanwhile, I don’t see why cryptocurrencies are more important for virtual worlds than for real ones. The real world can do just fine without cryptocurrencies. Similarly, the Metaverse can do without cryptocurrencies. Quite enough of the good old dollar.

Put it this way. A "metaverse casino" in Decentraland made 7.5m in only 3 months. "Online Casino" on dot gtlds and CC domain extensions have a record of selling for prices that have been decent and alright over the years. So it's really not difficult to imagine that this phenomenon could easily be duplicated "metaverse casino" domains, as popularity picks up in the metaverse space. The 800k offer could have been from someone who sees that potential, or it could have been a fake offer just for promotion. Either scenario is plausible IMHO.
