Maybe a TM problem?

Well I saw this domain Zoran <dot> tv had expired and was about to delete and Zoran is a first name so I thought this is a nice way to make easy money since I know it would be worth more then reg fee. Anyway I caught it a few seconds after it dropped and after a Google search I find out that Zoran is also a big company. They own the .com and .org while a lot of extensions are taken like net/info/us/biz/name/eu/cc and some others I think. Anyway was this a mistake? Can they successfully take this name off me in any dispute? Honestly if they sent me an email telling me they own the TM and to give them the domain I would as its not really worth fighting for it. Also according to wikipedia the reason the company choose the name is due to "The name Zoran is derived from the Hebrew word for silicon."

Is this domain considered generic or do I have a TM problem?

Isn't Zoran a surname too ?
Make sure you do not use the name in a manner that is 'confusing' and you should be fine. Ie. dont sell electronic gear for example :gl:

Yea, I think I wont even park it just to be sure, maybe just have a page with a contact form on it.
