May we submit parked sites to search engines? no worry about PR. mat be for some traffic.

Yes

Because parking companies do allow Search engine traffic and it also doesn't counts crawlers as hits or clicks.

So it is 100% legal.

Submitting to directories is an issue but submitting the URL to search engine is fine.

I have coded a script and that does allows it at http://www.bluesoftweb.com/search-packages.php Select the free one. I don't like to advertise myself but what to do. Atleast I can mention my resource here.

but, i can submit my sites one by one. I want to submit many sites at one go. Each sites in each line and submitting to multiple search engines.

Humm... Then I think you will need a custom script like me and then just takes the URL and then submits it to all search engines and generate a report for you to view it in end.

Maybe you can search for such a thing in php.resourceindex.com
