Hello, I am going to share with you some of the marketing strategies i use to increase traffic here is a list.

Posting my urls in bookmarking sites like digg and stumbleupon..
posting in forums like this one.
Posting my urls in social networking sites like facebook and myspace....
Listing them in search engines.
Creating blogs that promote the websites.
Making videos that promote my websites.

If you have any other good suggestion about how to increase traffic for free share them with us it will help me and loads of other people that are looking for ways to increase traffic.

I think so these are some old one but really they are some gold ones ... Well i am also into the first 4 points and they are really very much good according to my experience too

You could also do article marketing, create a hub page and a squidoo lens

Yes I agree,

posting urls in social bookmarking sites is pretty effective, not too long ago I use this technique extensively and I get significant traffic from it.

I don't know about creating blog, but videos can be very effective too if you know how to do it properly.

if you can get a good mailing list (beg / borrow / steal) then a funny and interesting email campaign is good for one off traffic as well...

I agree with JonnyS, dont forget the importance of an opt in email list. The ability to constantly communicate is essential.

From most, traffic from forums and video sharing are the easiest to get from my experience
