Man Asks $75 Million for 'Lambo.com', Court Gives It to Lamborghini for Free.
The court decided that the man had acted in bad faith, as he never developed the domain ... yet tried to sell it for 749,900 percent more than he paid for it.

It's been an interesting journey, and I agree with the court's decision.

Domaining shouldn't be about trying to capitalize on established brands, but rather to help brands (and future brands) to acquire their best possible domain name.

This is also something that go over a lot of potential buyer's heads. If a domain is for sale then it's not going to end up on any blacklists or be unavailable (like it would've been if a non-investor bought it).
