Minds + Machines has attracted a group of major yoga influencers to become pioneers of the newly launched .Yoga top-level domain. Suzanne Bryant, Elena Brower, Ana Forrest, and Yoga Alliance will all be introducing new .Yoga websites in the coming weeks, with Suzanne Bryant’s YI.Yoga and Elena Brower’s Teach.yoga already live.
Through YI.yoga, Suzanne is letting people gain insights about yoga from a sphere of leading teachers online. YI.yoga will also be home to the very first online yoga conference, featuring online interviews with renowned yoga teachers and influencers around the world, followed by online 30-minute classes open to all.
Another celebrated teacher, Ana Forrest, has registered a number of .yoga domains to secure her name and to create a new vision online. Anaforrest.yoga will be a special site in celebration of Ana’s forty years of teaching. It will demonstrate the evolution of Ana and Forrest Yoga over the years.
Yoga Alliance, the largest nonprofit association representing the yoga community, has partnered with Minds + Machines and also registered their .yoga domains to put alongside their existing site. The Yoga Alliance mission is to promote and support the integrity and diversity of the teaching of yoga. Minds + Machines offers discounts on registration for .yoga domains to Yoga Alliance members and will donate 5% of the proceeds to the Yoga Alliance Foundation. Yoga Alliance Foundation supports and promotes education and research by securing grants and donations.
