Magento Help Need !!! Transfer and Spice up !

Hihi,

i am having an existing magento ecommerce website


however i wish to change the design and i am working on it to shift the development from the current template to another template that i have shortlisted (Will send you)

Jobs to be done
1) Fix the current product page, it's paragraphing done by the TINYMCE script is kinda bad, need to be fixed
2)Help to transit from current to the new HelloPod Template.
3) This include bring over all logo, new slide banners designer, footer preferred payment and the product display at the front page
4) Also to ensure all email can send out normally. (we will give you login if you can work on it)
5) ensure and advertise on ADS possible areas.
