WTH: Coders Help (Migrate Zencart to Magento) !

hihi guys

I am seeking a professional magento system expert and php & webdesign expert too.

i am hoping to migrate from the existing zen cart v1.38 to magento system. v1.31

Things have to move

-alll products and information must be transfer
-all images have must transfer to the magento system and ensure that they fit the system and not anyhow transfer (cos i also know how to do)
-members and order transfer to the system
-information page, product and some tweak at magento system
-implement reward program (script already install)

Isn't that already on Magento???
Not to mention that Magento is possibly the most buggy CMS/ecommerce system out there.
