magento product inputs

I need to get some basic magento input work done. Have magento installed, with classic theme and modified graphics on two domains (will be several more soon) and need to get the basics done to start with: In other words, I don't want it to say magento, I want it to say my company, add in tos, faq, etc and My product lines. (don't have to enter actual products, just set up categories, etc.) I really want the second site to use the first site's database and etc., but not sure how to make it all work.

Then, I need to get all the products put in... lot's of products and options specs that I'm going to need help with.

I've had a bunch of people help with various levels on this project and I appreciate you all.
