High traffic doesn't correlate with sales, according to the data analytics of Squadhelp.

They found a pattern, if the same user visits the same domain landing page 2 or more times, the STR will increase. If the same user visits the same landing page 3 or more times, or 4 or more times, the STR will increase significantly.
If if there are multiple different users who visit the same domain name landing page 2, 3, 4 or more times, the STR will be even higher.
So multiple visits by the same user or users for the same domain is the best indicator of interest.
I think it's logical. If you want to purchase a domain name for $2000+, you won't purchase it right away. You will think about that and visit the landing page multiple times.
In my Squadhelp dashboard I can filter these domains which received 2+ visits from the same user so I know which domains get high interest.
