I got big problem with Registerfly and losing domain name there.

Now, I have one domain name .biz and it is missing in my registerly account. I check the whois, and it is still in my name and registrar is "registerfly". It is still have a few month before it expires, so I have time to do something.....

As "usual", registerfly is now not responding to support ticket, so I have no help there.

Anyone have any idea that I can get the domain name back (.biz).......... could I write to .biz to get this back? How?

ICANN should announce a bulk transfer of all RF names to another registrar.
Stay tuned.

sounds like you aren't aware of the situation. Do a quick search here for registerfly and read all the posts from the last 60 days. Way to much to repeat here.

Sorry, no harm meant... I was just pointing out that just about everything you might want to know about the registerfly situation has already been posted here in the last 60 days. I did assume you didn't know that, which I thought I made obvious by writing "sounds like you aren't aware of the situation". My intent was to be helpful in letting you know you could find useful information in recent posts.

I really don't know how pointing that out is stopping you from getting advice. Go ahead and ask everyone to repeat it all again... I don't mind. It might be fun to watch :)

This is too funny... Don't be a Nimrod. Adoptable actually gave you some good advice. He told you how/where to look for more info on the situation. By the way, what is usefuless? :guilty:

Thanks for your advice.

My questions was:
"could I write to .biz to get this back? How?"

If anyone have info, please just post here.

Many thanks.

You can try, but doubtful they would do anything with the current state of RF.

Okay, here's the short version:

No one has been running RF for about a month.
ICANN has a court order to get RF database.
ICANN has taken offers from registrars to fix the database and allow owners to transfer to a registrar of choice.
If the whois has your name, it will probably sort out over time.
If you have whois privacy, you better find a way to prove the domain was yours to whoever is assigned by ICANN.
If your RF domain is actually still at enom, you must deal with enom support.

Thanks. for the .biz name, it still have a few month before it expires. I will wait a month or so to see what happen.

However, I got a .cn name, I paid for the renew, but RF doesn't renew it (but get my money.) Then the name is "taken" by another registrar a few day after the expiration day. This is a very good domain name for .cn, so I guess they use a automatic software to grab my domain.

Could I do anything about it?

Thanks.
