RegisterFly - WHOIS Updates

Have anyone having problems to update "WHOIS" information for domain at RegisterFly ?...

I have updated the "WHOIS" inforamtion at RegisterFly for a domain but when checked it using the domaintools, it still showed "RegisterFly WHOIS" information.

I know there is a so called 48 hours updating periods but after 2 day it's still showing "RegisterFly WHOIS" information.

Any solutions or advices to this issue..

Did you use the bulk update tool to do this. Its been reported as having problems on other parts of the boards. Try it again, but do an individual domain update and see if that cures the problem. Otherwise you may have to go to their support.

Out of all the problems others have with registerfly,
the only one I have is this issue with the whois.
It is constantly being changed to their contact information.
I have contacted them several times and they fix it
(or so it appears) through the link they provide to check
it, but when you use another whois tool, you can see it's still
them on there and not me.
After the last time (about 2 months ago) it seems to not have
happened, but I don't check it every day any more.
I check once a week to make sure they are still in my account.
Haven't tried a transfer or renewal yet - that time is quickly
approaching, so fingers crossed for that :)
Other than this issue, I personally have not encountered anything else.

it sometime takes more then 12h to get this data updated in domaintools :)
so maybe check in other whois service :)

It's been happening since I regged the domains over 6 months ago.
off and on.

:hi:

Apparently RegFly is once again undergoing system maintenance from early this morning that supposedly will last 24 hours.

Unlike many Registrars, they never inform their customers in advance
or put a notice in the Control Panel.

I was told everything should be working by tomorrow morning (Wednesday,Dec 20).

You cannot register domains now and most likely that's why you couldn't
update the WhoIs info (besides the normal problems that occur with RegFly).

The ownership and management at RegisterFly are asleep and have been so for some time.

Please don't complain too loudly as you might awaken them. :hehe:
