Our Advanced Technical Support team has investigated your support issue regarding the registry tags on your domains. This can occur if the domain was captured by our backorder process. The domain was captured by one of our sister companies and then moved to your account.
It is not possible to change the registry tag on the domain. The registry tag has no effect on the domain's standing within your account.
