WTF? I asked tdnam to simply cancel a completed auction that went unpaid and without contact. Given the nature of their site, I'd think this request was a no-brainer. I don't even know what else to say....

I've been through this one before. My guess is that you get a reply back within a day cancelling the transaction as requested.

Considering there are only about 4-5 people in TDNAM - they sit in a room and watch things...

I actually asked to be transfered into that department when I worked at GD - but alas, there was barely enough for them to do, let alone add a new employee.

Anyway - my guess is there trying to figure out what they need to do next, but they should have this down packed.

LoL. Thats what they say when they have to ask a Supervisor or "higher Up" to resolve... its pretty funny... just semantics.

GoDaddy reps want to put the orders through themselves so they get credit for it. Although I dont believe there is any commission. The more they sell the higher their tiered payout is.

I have no problem with my account rep getting some kudos, or even money, for my purchases. He gives me good service and prices.

And to answer the question... They sleep all day and only answer the phones at night :)
