Looking to Partner with someone to create a good, profitable site.

I am looking to invest 1.5k in a start up online venture. I want to partner with someone who has a great idea but doesn't have enough money to purse the idea. I am not into "selling" anything.

Perferably i would like to invest in something to do with either the following:
Sports,
Technolgy,
Tips
Gaming
and other intresting topics that will potentially make a lot per month.

So far i have 1.5k to invest. Next year, i will have around $15,000 to invest in the project if it gets to that stage.

I am looking for someone who knows what they are doing and can speak english very well.

Nope but i have a good idea of my own, which needs a little bit of investment.
