Looking for the list of all ACTIVE [dot]com domains

I am looking for the list of all ACTIVE [dot]com domain names in the world.

It must have millions of domains ( I read somewhere that there are at least 50 millions of active domains in the world)

I know this was available sometimes on some registers website but i cant manage to find it.

If anyone can help me with this I will be very gratefull.

If anyone is willing to help, I am ready to buy that list.

[update: No reply so I'll just add that you can get access to the .com Zone file by filling out an application with Network Solutions. There is no fee to get the access, but there are some rules that you have to follow. One of these is that you cannot spam all of the domains by using webmaster@.... which is why I asked the reason you wanted the list.

The zone file is very big and you can't do much with it without some software to pull the data into a usable format. I can tell you where to find software that can do that for you. It's not free software but it may be cheaper than paying someone to provide the data. ]

What do you define as active? I am assuming you mean a domain that is hosted and has a website up? This could be tricky, seeing how parked domains are technically "active" in this sense of being active. It would also be hard to maintain such a list.. domains switch servers, have dynamic dns, etc.. But I don't know what you mean by "active" I could be way off on this.
