List of dropping domains?

Hey,

I'm looking for a (free) web service that provides a list of all domains dropping on a certain date. There are lots that let you search, but what I'm looking for is just a long text file or html file that lists all the domains so I can do the filtering myself. To be clear, I'm looking for a list of domains which are ABOUT to drop, not domains that have already dropped

Also, what's the best way to scan a very large list of domain names to find which ones are available to reg?
