If you're looking to find a list of all dropping domains, try this link:
http://www.pool.com/Downloads/PoolDeletingDomainsList.zip

The number of daily dropping domains is usually about 100,000. You could either pore over the list manually or use a service, such as the one I advertise in my signature which automatically presents you the 100 of those domains most likely to make you money.

You can use one of five services to backorder dropping domains: SnapNames, NameJet, Pool.com, GoDaddy, or Name.com. The more likely it is the service will catch the particular dropping domain you're after, the more expensive the service.

Let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

Thank you! I will check over the list you gave me.

I'm not looking for back ordered domains at this moment. I will let you know if I have further questions.

Thank you again!

Personally, I believe HuntingMoon.com has a good list of about to drop domains, although haven't seen a new list in a while.

There's DNMeter.com

You can view every day's drops (.com & .net from verisign) in order & with the approximate time each domain will drop.

However, the list can get overwhelming with over 60,000 domains dropping daily.

But there wouldn't be much of a reason to backorder anything when you have the full list in front of you. There's a lot of gems that don't get noticed & just drop.
