I think the name is okay for some chat software solution. I kinda like it but the .com is developed for that purpose and it has a TM for livehelp.com (reg. 3207521). FUJITSU also has a TM for livehelp. It's something to keep in mind and that could hinder your sales opportunities.

There is no exact match trademark for "Live Help". So take a breather. As long as you don't call yourself livehelp.com, you should be just fine.
