I find it hard to believe, that someone who regged the .NET and has put it FOR SALE on Sedo, would never check if the .COM is available and being used by someone else, before regging the .NET.the Panel could not make a finding that the Respondent knew, or ought to have known, of the Complainant when registering and using the disputed domain name and thus bad faith cannot be established
This means you can't sell the domain for profit. lolWhile the Respondent may be offering the disputed domain name for sale (and the evidence to support this is not conclusive), there was no evidence to suggest that the Respondent registered the disputed domain name in order to sell it for valuable consideration in excess of his documented out-of-pocket costs directly related to the disputed domain name
Not the panel. The panel gets paid for this, so it's ok for them.they could have saved themselves, the respondent and the panel valuable time!
