If you are using a company's domain name, like myspace(eg. myspace.gre),and myspace want it,can they first just ask you if you will hand over the domain name instead of first sueing you? Surely they should ask if you'd give it up first right?

And we need some clarity of trademarks and domain names. does anyone know any sources(icann etc) that says "if you own a domain name before a trademark was filed you get it keep the domain name". Something similar to this. I need a certain answer that is on a reputable website. Icann etc should state this on their website? I can't seem to find anything like this anywhere.
All the info is from users and not from icann etc.

I have a great idea here, use the search box and type in "trademark" then read for a week. Then type in "tm" and read the threads you may have missed. If you are going to get into this business, you need to try some research first. Everything has been covered here to the Nth degree. You will get the benefit of learning something.
