Links - Search Engines - SEO - Help & Advice Please!

Hi there

Getquotes.co.uk is coming along, a number of pages have keywords etc sorted (home page Keywords SEO not started yet)

I want to start looking into link building so does anyone have

a. any advice on link building
(stuff like - should the link always link to my index page or to particular pages in the website? etc)

b. Any advice on where to get links place links, from a quick look it appears there are a zillion sites offering links, is there a core group of essential link sites?

c. Any SEO advice at all?!!!!!!

What do people think of using guys like this?

to be honest, i build links by hand. its hard to trust anyone to do this type of work. however, i am sure you would be able to find a member who has done something like this. i have found many services who do this however i do not want to recommend them to you without testing them out myself.
