Was curious if anyone has an opinion on what these two names could be worth.
(I have a few more .app names of similar quality)

I have had quite a bit of success finding specific people to contact, but no email replies as of yet.

Limousine (dot) app could be used as a landing page for a mobile app, or a re-direct to another webpage.
In the right hands, It could be developed into something like Uber or Lyft.

Bankloan (dot) app could be also used as a landing page for a mobile app. Something like a bank loan application app or webpage that would give you estimates and options for different loans. I think it would be more successful if it did not take personal information to determine eligibility.

The future will only continue on the path of becoming more digital. I emphasize how purchasing these names can help them expand into new digital territories.

Hi

My advice would be to stick to .com names when starting out, its always tough selling weak extension names, most companies would never of heard of them so its going to be tough to get people to spend money on something they've never heard of.

Good luck

Thanks Giles, I only used the opportunity of a new .app extension to buy into domain names. Normally I wouldn't get involved.

I thought it'd be a good opportunity to get one word clean names that may be a good investment into the future. If someone has a limousine app on the app store, maybe they'd buy my domain to use as a landing page to promote their app. Good keywords may be placed better within google searches.

According to Statista.com, "in 2015, global mobile app revenues amounted to 69.7 billion U.S. dollars."

I have information that suggests quite a bit of interest in both names, but still no concrete offers.
I am asking for advice, through this post, for when that time comes.

Thank you.

I like the .app extension and both domains are ones I could see fitting with an app.
Currently it is too early to see if the App extension will succeed. However I would personally not let either of them go for under $2k each at present and probably want to achieve $5k+ if I was in your position.

This is true, the issue is none of these are using .app domains.

Hopefully that'll change! Thank-you for your evaluation.

It all comes down to the buyer and how they plan to develop the domain name. Thank-you for your evaluation. I'm in no hurry to sell :).

New gTLD's (ngTLD) are too new to tell if any of them will have traction. The premium pricing model is a huge mistake IMO that will suppress the long-term success of these domains. It is a short-sighted greedy strategy. Real world usage is the key to their survival and resale potential. However, it does not hurt to have a few strong keyword domains in your portfolio on a ngTLD if you are prepared to wait and that are at reg fee renewals. Your dot app keywords are pretty strong.

As mentioned by Giles, you want to focus on dot com. Single words in dot net, org, or a western ccTLD are also valuable. But the most important thing is to go slow, be very selective, and don't get deep in debt. Best wishes.

Thanks for your insight Tom, I appreciate your experience and advice.
I have contacted specific individuals in marketing or management in both travel and banking industries.
I am very confident that it's only a matter of time until I get an offer.
