domain SexApp (dot app)

Hi everybody!
Looking for thoughts on...

SEX APP (dot) app

SexApp dot com = valuable
Sex dot app = valuable
SexApp dot app = not as valuable...

But it is incredibly memorable and will rank very high in Google if/when developed... Several .app domains have been developed in the last month and are already on page 1 and ranking higher than the.com of the same word... not saying that this is a total given for any dot app, but it certainly bodes well for valuing the extension..

I’m just imagining telling someone to visit a site such as SexApp (dot) app or having a person see it in advertisement and reading SexApp (dot) app, I’m pretty sure they would remember it ... so I feel there has to be value. Just not sure if the value is 10 bucks or 10,000 bucks or more! LOL.

The name is confusing.
And many alternatives are available: sexapp.co, sexapp.io
So sexapp.app is worth $0 IMO.
