OK I'm a newbie on appraisals, but I've been reading on the NP for about 2 years. . . what do you think worth?

I re'cd a $1000 offer (hope it was legit! not heard back yet) for:

lifeclix.com -- someone wants to use for a photo/wedding site.
I replied after some comparison research, asking around $3200.
