Hello I need help I found a name that was already register by a big time company. When you type in the domain name it take you to the company home page that under a different domain name. Do you guys think it wise to register the same domain for net. and co.uk?

All depends on how inclined the company in question is to sue as opposed to simply offering to buy the domain names. I know for a fact that some companies adopt a policy of always taking it to court, even though buying the name would've been a lot cheaper for them.

In other words, it could be risky.

the domain name is not a made up name like for example www.ebay.com it a name like www.skiersrxm.com that still will be a problem?

depends on

1) how you intend to use the domain
2) whether a UK trademark has been registered for the co.uk
3) whether trademarks have been registered in the juristiction of your registrar, as well as where you live or do business
4) whether anyone may have common law or other rights to the name

The risk of getting sued is probably negligeable; losing the domain(s) through udrp is more likely. If you're wondering if it's a good idea to regsiter the domain this really boils down to what your intentions are.

I would advise against registering trademarked names (and I can guarantee they trademarked it). You don't have a legal leg to stand on. If you are lucky they'll pay the costs involved in transferring the domains, but most likely they'll just take them and you'll be out whatever you paid. If you try to fight it in court you'll lose the suit, the domains, and a healthy amount of money in court costs and attorneys fees. Trademark infringement is never a good idea.

Bluntly, that is cybersquatting, research to learn all the consequences.
