Landing Pages/affiliate guys please read

Multi-part question here:

So I am not having much success with parking and have another idea I would like some feedback on.

What if I make like a wordpress site that has my contact info on the site and FOR SALE in big lettters.

Also some type of affiliate link pertaining to the domain ?

What is best way to host multiple sites ?

best deal I have seen that is wordpress friendly is hostgator.

Secondly if on my Sedo parking overview if I have 30 uniques a month is this considered good traffic ?
