i agree sales on forums are beyond a joke really. i mean im all for being cautious but :tri:

way you have to look at is, this is still an area of domaining largely not respected yet or disovered.

all L-L-L.com are rgeistered.

may sales in mid xxxx range

rarely a L-L-L.com sells for under xxxx when going to enduser

i always thought average to crap LLL.com were wildly overpriced, we're seeing that now

at end of day, if you reg a domain like that for $20, a fair price to an enduser is say $1995 from us, buydomains could get more, sure, that equates at 10,000 % profit
if you have to renew for few eyars so be it, of course no guarantee you will find an endsuer but i bet you get some enquiries over coming years and what you sell for is up to you.

all in all one of best areas to be holding domains imho, its why i plumped more for these over random LLLL
they make so much more sense and better to have a hundred of these at regfee or low xx and renew $700 a year than pay 10 times that a year ago for ONE average LLL that is depreciating

I do think this market is one of the positive spots for now and 2009 as far as speculatory purposes go

The more that are hoarded by us and the more end user sales that are made = shorter supply*


Supply and Demand is something we domainers have a leg up on over most industries....

You paid 1 reg fee + 1 renewal fee for u-k-o - that makes $15-$20... I don't get it. I think each year we should add at least the renewal fee to the value of the domain..., and not ask just what we have paid as fees...
