L-L-L dot com values?

What, if any, are the general values of a L-L-L dot com domains?

It would be nice to have a discussion about pricing... I've just been pricing out mine the way buydomains does their L-L-Ls. I priced my better names the same as my random letter names, because end user only wants the 1 specific name so it doesn't matter to them.

My thoughts exactly.

Check out www.bluebecker.com to get an idea of other end user sales. But I'd probably be asking around the $2K mark and then seeing how you go from there. I'd personally be happy to take half of that (considering I normally give a 50% discount to charities anyway). However each to their own and I suggest you stick to whatever you feel is a fair deal for both parties while also making sure you don't overdo it to lose a rare end user opportunity.

Great name though, it returns over 10 Million Google results (a lot to do with Hugh Hefner, "Hef"). I wish you all the best with the sale and hope you are able to update here regarding what happens.

Thanks for the advice - I only have two l-l-l dot coms (h e f and g r t) so it is a field that I am not very familiar with.

I note that the organisation in question also has the dot org and the dot eu versions of the name as well.

I have replied to their enquiry so we shall see how it pans out.
