Checkout bluebecker.com .... has all sorts of info for ya about prices for l-l-l's... i'd venture to say super low end l-l-l's falls somewhere in the low 20's...

where are you seeing sales of l-l-l.coms for reg fee? even the lowest of the low are worth more than that.

L-L-L seem interesting i might buy some but what do you think where they will be say in a years time ?

in terms of lowest. lowest i have seen is $14 for the worst on forums.
these are holders, they are enduser domains. you will get low returns selling to resellers.

you may need to hold for 2/3/4 years to find an enduser. possibly longer.

There are virtually no sales that low. I agree with Arnie...minimum sales seem to be around $15 at the very least. Me, I'm renewing every L-L-L.com that I've got (~170) for a few years...these will be going up!

Regarding the "TRA-VEL" type names, I don't think these have much inherent value reseller-wise, but they can in fact do quite well with PPC. I made about $30 last year with AUT-O.com, for instance.
