What, if any, are the general values of a L-L-L dot com domains?

Reason I went for it is because I used to work for RKO Pictures when i first moved to L.A....(the makers of King Kong and Citizen Kane, etc.) and I know the CEO...

I think it's because of the K, I don't think I'd have bought it based on letter quality for $29. Looks like a popular letter combination, though, which is what really matters. Isn't letter quality just a way to guess the popularity without any research?

I had that one backordered for a while at that price too, but then decided not to pursue it due to my concerns about TM issues. However, had I known the CEO, I might have stayed in...

Hard to say atm. I have recently picked one up for around $30. I had previously considered buying some at $80 a few months back. Not really sure but there doesn't seem to be too many available in threads on NP (either that or I just haven't been paying enough attn).

That would be pretty interesting to find out. I re-scanned L-L-L.com and LLL.com last night and found that 50 L-L-L.com's have the same registrar, whois server, and name servers as their LLL counterpart. This could mean a lot of things, though.

I'm pretty interested in finding out an exact number as well, so once i'm done moving apartments this week, i'll try to dig deeper and get a list of domains with the same whois contacts, or domains that 301/302 redirect to an LLL.com

another metric i'd like to gather is the amount of L-L-L.com that direct to a developed site, regardless of whether its the LLL.com. Maybe once I have that information, my sales emails will be more successful :P
