I'll be listing these for sale sometime tomorrow as I need some quick cash, so just wanted an estimate before I actually listed them. I personally would be happy with $50 for the pair but maybe I'm over-optimistic?

yes of course in the past 2 months their has been a rise in prices.

but is important to know after buyout these names had a great increase in their prices, especially premium ones (they were being sold for $150-$220) and then there was a correction in prices and now they are rising again; just exactly LLLL.com

in six months i think they will be 20-30% more expensive than now
in eighteen months maybe $100 will be the average

these names are like L-L.com; hyphenated and will have a long way to have their value recongnized by domainers... end-users already use them (about 25% of all L-L-L.com are developed)

exactly i think L-L-L are for end users who do not have LLL and cannot afford it.

in the next year or so you could see the developed number increasing substantially

but if you have a strong keyword or acronym you can have a nice site and have a good profit from it after development, seo and time

for example, your U-S-S,com is a great one!

I think that there is more potential for end-users to use L-L-L.com rather than LLL.com. First it is cheaper for now but say a company wants to make a big impact on the market and wants to shoot for the moon to get recognized. They can’t buy WIN.com but they can buy W-I-N.com for a few million less
There is not trademark infringement Win is already branded into consumers minds and their company already has been branded instantly.
Im not saying this just for dictionary words but the combinations are endless for any L-L-L.com.
We are still in the infant stages of the net believe it or not and the changes in a few years will almost be unreal. Hyphens or not every combination of useful words will be in demand.

I agree with pretty much all of what you say above, Bricio, except that I don't think there was ever a true "correction" for L-L-L.com, and none was really needed. The prices increased after the buyout, but not in the overhyped, stratospheric way that LLLL.com did, so there was never a need for a "correction."

What I think did happen was that when the LLLL.com buyout occurred, L-L-L moved to the back burner for a while, so we didn't see much happening in the way of sales price increases. Now that LLLL.com are coming back down to earth, however, people are noticing L-L-Ls again and we're seeing a corresponding increase in prices.

Slow and steady is what it has been, and that's just the way I like it! :sold:
