L-L-L dot com values?

What, if any, are the general values of a L-L-L dot com domains?

.net's are a hard sell, you see some pretty nice one word .net's go for low x,xxx on dnjournal, so an LLLL.net with random premium letters might not appreciate quickly. People almost always want .com. But in two years that could all change. Doesn't hurt to diversify though if you have many L-L-L.com's

Honestly, I think L-L-Ls are a much better bet than LLLL.net names. They're already sold out, and who knows how long LLLL.nets might take. I think the only reason you're seeing a bit of slow movement on these right now is because of the LLLL.com wildfire. Whereas LLLLs will almost entirely rely on domainers to boost those markets, I believe there is greater end-user potential for L-L-Ls.

Based on what has happened with L-L.com names that people scoffed at just a few years ago, I truly believe that within 3 years, L-L-Ls will be in the $250-$300 range for the lowest quality names. I don't see that for LLLL.net.

I would stick with L-L-Ls for now, too hard to predict LL-L and L-LL future, I don't think they will ever be as valuable as L-L-Ls

One persons poor letter is another end users treasure,

between $35 to $59, it veries from each individual letter.

Whats going to give you the best bang for your buck???? % wise

(1) L-L-L (all premium) regged with 1 year left? How about 2 years?

or

(10) LLLL.net (all premium) regged with 1 year left? regged with 2 years left?


im saying this for the reason that i could sell 1 good L-L-L.com and basically buy like 10-15 LLLL.nets and reg them out for 2 years and sit back and see what happens....
This was my thoughts.... LLLL's could double at least if not more if they sell out. They will sell out eventually. Right??? So will my L-L-L.com double anytime soon? Im not sure to be honest and thats why im asking. Im heavy with L-L-L.coms and L-LL.coms, add in a few LLLL.coms(some good, some bad) and a pipe dream to get rich without a LLL.com.

this is very easy to answer... even newbies know -> dot com of course

i will tell you about L-L-L
they are still cheap since the buyout (nov 2, 2007) due to LLLL market as
people wont go for nothing right now but generic ones and (guess what?) LLLL; so right now, if you have L-L-L sit on them and you will see the results, as also dag said, in three years (i totally agree with him) unless you do the only thing allows you sell L-L-L now -> find an end-user or let them find you and sell for low-mid $x,xxx

i have serached for potential end-users for mine and i am really surprised with the websites have as their address but using name+acronym or acronym+name and a L-L-L would be perfect for this website (sometimes i find five potential ones but i have until twenty!!!)... if you find more than ten potential end-users you could take a risk -> email all of them (not the same email) telling you have the acronym in an auction (this auction must be in progress) as you could have an amazing result as the competition would be among end-users

if i had to choose between L-L-L dot net and LLLL dot net i would go easily for L-L-L

Shame i didnt have a few bucks saved up, i would of a least pay up to $800
for f-l-y.com, i would not sell it for no less than the max price of $5,000 to
an end user but then again $3,500 - $4,500 sounds ok to me to.

Hey guys,
I need some help here. I'm trying to find enduser for one of my L-L-L.coms and I've made list of potential bidders. The thing that bothers me is what should I say about L-L-L domains, why are they so good investment and how will it pay off? 2 hyphens in 5 char domain could look pretty unsightly on the first look to someone who is not in this industry, so I was wondering whether should I mention that all L-L-L.com domains have been registered and that this kind of domains is good alternative for LLL.coms. What else would you put in this kind of email?
