I am seeking to purchase a few premium keyword domain names, however I am not too experienced in the domain parking field.

I plan on parking the names until they are properly developed.

There are many websites that have posted "Highest Paying Keywords" however they are single words and when I check Google AdWords>Keyword Tool, usually a more specific phrase has a bigger CPC.

For example, Hosting vs. Free Web Hosting

That being said, here is my question...

Do Parking companies pay based on what is in the Title and Description tags of a particular link

I ask because if I were to search for "free web hosting" but the link that a visitor clicks says only "hosting" what keyword do I get paid for?

you get a cut (portion) of what the "advertiser of the link", pays to the ppc service.

just because 'hosting' may show eg: $1.50 cpc in google, doesn't mean that advertiser pays the ppc $1.50

the location of the visitor, among other variables play parts as well

Just to add to what Biggie said, it also depends on your parking page. If it is a 2-click lander than you will be paid depending on which keyword phrase the visitor clicks on after he reaches your website. Most parking companies allow you to pick and choose which keywords you want to display to your visitors.
