Keyword*blog.com domains...

I was wondering, are blog domains increasing in value lately? I've been mostly involved in forum/forums/talk domains, but now I am sort of interested to invest into *keyword*blog.com domains.

What kind of value is there for blog domains compared to *keyword*forum domains?

Blog domains have been bringing in decent dollars. Of course, the domain's value depends on what the keyword before it is. I haven't been tracking the sales specifically, but I have seen more blog domains selling than "forum" or "talk" domains.

Blogs are becoming very popular lately... I would say <keyword>blog.com is still worth less than <keyword>forum.com but not by very much.
