Keyword + Blog.com OR Keyword.info - I need your help..

I need your help.
I have 2 domains and I want to have search engines treat them the best way possible
WITHOUT
fully developing both of them.

Should I develop the Keyword+Blog.com and forward the Keyword.info to the .com
or
develop the Keyword.info and forward the KeywordBlog.com to the info?

Please tell us why do you want to redirect one domain to the other one?

Do these domains new or they are old and that they have some backlinks? If yes, then redirecting may help.

But if these are new domains, then redirecting one to the other will help in no way.

Normally, people buy keyword.com, keyword.info, keyword.us etc and then redirect all to one. This also not help in SEO is all sites are new with no backlinks. People do this to make sure they have all extensions for the brand/site name.
