Keep domains private for higher value to future company?

Hi guys!

I own some (crypto) domains which are some creative names for future big companys and am thinking about the following: If I just publicly name and sell the domains, wouldn't it be worse for the image of the future company buying those? Just because people will know that they havn't 'invented' their name themselves. Or is that complete BS and I will only make it way harder to sell that way for no reason?

It won't be worse for the image of the future company buying it in my opinion. Do you check it for the existing companies, I don't.
