3> this name has relevance to the music industry in most particular a (virtual) music store that is selling music equipment in most particular bassguitar e.g. a bass guitar specialist .... or a point of information that has info on bassguitars ....
4> 2words, it is average on size, not short not too long ...
5> it is easy to remember, especially when one is used to music terms ...
Conclusion for bassguitars.mobi:
This domain name would be appropriate if the right goals have been addressed. It is hard in my honest opinion to make an appraisal on the value of this name as anything is possible. Best call would be to do more research and see what you can develop on your name. As undevelloped, i dont see much more value then reg fee as everyone else has a error or holding page ... (that is an indication of something)
So now onto the next name in your portefolio, namely rarestamps.mobi
Again I believe this is a niched market you have gone for as either you collect stamps or you dont. Nothing wrong with that ...

2> easy to remember >> as a ex-stamp collector myself i would search for following keywords and terms: rare, limited edition, old, collectable, stamp,stamps,new, ....
3> again the question: what can you do with this name??

Conclusion: I think your domain name may have value as for the keywords its consist of. My only concern is what will you do with the domain name? Undevelopped, you need to be very lucky to get much more then reg fee out of this. Maybe an inovative idea may strenghten your name .....
