Dental is garbage. I had one wisdom tooth removed, but it wasn't too bad and the drugs were great.

Hope you feel better.

I can relate to the feeling of this. I had jaw surgery back in 1995 when I was 12 because of an under bite. Think they increased it by a 1/4 inch or something with a mixture of another persons bones. Don't really remember everything they said back then. They hooked me up on 10cc's of morphine, and Tylenol 3 liquid codine man was that stuff great. Nothing like walking around with a head that looks like a peanut :P Hope you get to feeling better soon though!

I do not feel bad for you...LMFAO :hehe:

I had all 4 wisdom teeth taken out at once with 2 of them doing exactly what yours did. all I can say is good thing for Vicoden. :)

I did not know they called them "wisdon teeth" in the US.
In Holland they call them "Verstandskies".

I guess Donnie and I had the same thing but, I just have the lower wisdom teeth
taken out one by one.

So I guess I should not complain that much lol
On the other hand... I still feel like hell...

It also looks like I have a golf ball in my mouth..

I hope that your mouth heals up quickly! :)

I had my wisdom teeth extracted last summer, with a very similar problem. Didn't hurt a lot though, looks like I got lucky.

Does any of you have any idea how long it will take till all goes back to normal? (approx)

I need to get my wisdom teeth pulled in a few months. They say it can take up to a week for it to feel normal again. Since im only 17 (ill be 18 when there pulled), my gums are still somewhat soft (so says the dentist) that it wont be too hard to pull, and wont hurt too much.

Whereas my 27 year old english teacher says his hurt like hell for about just over a week. He had some time off of work because of it but he's great now and he said it feels like a normal mouth now lol

I remember quite a few years ago I had both lower ones taken out, and one had to come out in pieces, basically hammer and chisel, not nice, but the drugs were (I can see how people can become addicted to the stuff). My wife picked me up, and got me into the house, and basically leaned me up against the kitchen counter, while she put her purse away etc. All I could see through the doorway to the living room was the couch, which looked real good to me. As I walked (staggered) through the doorway, I missed and walked right into the door frame, whacking my forehead. Once the drugs started to ware off, I couldn't figure out why my forehead hurt so much, until my wife told me what I had done (I couldn't remember). I hope you're feeling better soon, but it will probably take a few days, it will get better.

Yeah, I had all 4 of my wisdom pulled at once. (Or should I say "Verstandskies" for your sake?)

The thing is, all 4 of them were impacted (still completely inside the gum). They gave me too much anesthesia, and because my brother and I had surgery on the same day and he had it before mine, and b/c they wanted to get him home asap, they didn't give me enough time to wake up and slightly recover. 5 minutes after waking up I was climbing into the car.

On the way home I got sick... and was sick for the rest of the day.

Sooooo, it took a few days, but you'll be fine I'm guessing within 3-5 days. Hang in there.
