I would subtract about $6993 from the estimate. This is a case of a bunch of strong keywords that fools estibot giving a very bloated appraisal. A five word domain like this would not be more than reg fee-low $xx IMO.

Tricky because it does get searches, about 2400 exact monthly google searches for that term. However, that's a huge 5-word name... people won't be typing it in directly so you won't have type-in traffic; it's far too long to be brandable or attractive to anyone for branding or use as a business website... and it's a very difficult name to develop into an information site (minisite), you'd have to really do something with it to make a site that pays... and it's such a long name, I doubt it's worth it. I did run across this name a few weeks ago in my searches and thought about it for a minisite, but as you can tell I couldn't justify getting it.

However... I DID think about it... which means it can't be all bad. It's long, it ain't pretty, but there are people searching this term who want a service/product, so with some thinking you might be able to at least make a little profit on your reg fee, over time...

Good luck. It wasn't a 'bad' reg, it's just a reg that would need a lot of thought/effort to make pay off, unless of course that magical end user happens along who likes it...

The good news is the CPC rates are pretty high on this name, all you'd need is a click or two each month, for a year, to pay off the reg fee and better. I'd be curious to see how it performs when parked.

I think it's value is in development only. Once you build a minisite I don't think that it will be very hard to be in top 3 on Google for this long-tail query. This is how people will find your site actually. After that sponsored ads clicks will reward your efforts.
