I'd say its worth registration fee. All other extensions are still unregistered, and it appears a domain like this would be for people who need helping setting up windows, but I'm not too sure there is much of a demand for that topic, I'd say more people have issues with windows after they've set it up.

Setting up windows on your computer might get you sued, since "windows" in that sense is trademarked. Keep with the first option.
