I am considering the sale of Jox.mobi to raise some funds for a huge development project. Please note that I am only interested in selling if I get a fair price for it, as I consider JOX my most promising site....not to mention that I have built it from the ground up (it's my baby

The only real promotion I've done for the site is $15 worth of ads on Admob back in February. This seems to work great and gets people hooked on the site and coming back for more. Attached below are the March stats. As you will see, the site normally gets 50-80 visits per day. There were 25,858 pageviews in March.
Now the shocker... I haven't touched the site since February. Just imagine what you could do if you put some effort into the site! You could have one of the best .mobi sites out there... Jokes is a perfect mobile application-- if you provide quality content, people will come back! According to Awstats, 52.2% of the March visitors added Jox.mobi to their favorites. The key to success here is this: drive visitors to the site via Admob ($.03 per visitor) or any other way you know of...they'll come back.
I coded the site myself, and the site has a 5/5 score at ready.mobi. There is no script being used at the moment... right now it runs by randomly displaying jokes from txt files that I have created for each catagory.

Revenue: The site was steadily getting between $.50 and $1 per day in Admob revenue, but for the last week or so it's been below $.50 (again, I haven't touched the site since February, so this is to be expected...no pain, no gain, eh?).
Price: $4,000 USD. Payment via Escrow.com and fees will be split 50/50. If no one bites in the next few days, I'll take it off the market and promote it myself. I firmly believe that this site is a real gem and well worth my asking price; with a little promotion the site would be worth much more.
By the way... Jokes.mobi was sold on Sedo for $24,100.
