I am considering the sale of Jox.mobi to raise some funds for various life expenses. Please note that I am only interested in selling if I get a fair price for it, as I consider JOX my most promising live site....not to mention that I have built it from the ground up (it's my baby

The only real promotion I've done for the site is about $15 worth of ads on back several months ago. This seems to work great and gets people hooked on the site and coming back for more. Attached below are the June and July stats.... please note that the July stats are not 100% accurate as my host was down for some of the time.
As you will see, the site normally gets anywhere from 50-100 visits per day. The actual number varies greatly. Averaged 69 visits/day in June. There were 14,483 pageviews in June. Traffic was over 90% mobile.

Now the shocker... I haven't so much as touched the site in about 5 months. Just imagine what you could do if you put some effort into the site. I literally do nothing more than visit the site about once a month to make sure everything is working. You could have one of the best .mobi sites out there... Jokes is a perfect mobile application-- if you provide quality content, people will come back! The key to success here is this: drive visitors to the site via Admob, or by posting the site on joke forums, or any other way you know of... the stats have proven that they WILL come back.
I coded the site myself, and the site has a 5/5 score at ready.mobi.
Asking Price: $1,950. Payment via Escrow.com and fees will be split 50/50. PayPal me be an option for certain highly trusted buyers. Only selling due to personal financial issues. I firmly believe that this site is a real gem and well worth my asking price; with even a little promotion the site would be worth much more.
